Small Tree Support
Small Tree Time and Material Support (ST-T&M) is available for situations where ST-SS or ST-SLVR coverage is not in effect. ST-T&M support must be arranged in advance with Small Tree Technical Support.
Hardware replacement after the one-year hardware warranty, and for which ST-SLVR coverage is not in place, is at the then current Small Tree price for the failed component(s).
